Lynn Müller

"I don't paint what life shows. I paint the energy that moves life."

Lynn Müller is a self-taught contemporary artist, born in 1996 in Grevenbroich and now living and working in Düsseldorf.

Her works make visible the invisible forces that shape our lives: growth, connection, movement, and transformation. Between nature and urbanity, she develops a contemporary visual language full of energy, depth, and expression.

At the heart of her work lies the conviction that everything is interconnected – humanity, nature, time, and space. She translates personal development, encounters, and new beginnings into abstract compositions where organic forms meet urban structures and tranquility merges with dynamism.

Every layer, every line, and every nuance of color tells a story of change and opens up space for personal thoughts and emotions. Her works invite viewers to pause and simultaneously feel movement. For Lynn Müller, art is an expression of transformation—a connection between inner experience and the outer world.

Her works have already been presented in various exhibitions and are now in private collections in more than five countries.

Lynn Müller works primarily with acrylic paints and graffiti spray, which she combines in an experimental and intuitive process. Instead of using a traditional brush, she prefers to employ palette knives to apply and remove paint, creating textures. Her technique is complemented by pouring and dripping methods, where the paint follows its own path across the canvas, blending controlled design with chance. This results in multi-layered, dynamic surfaces where color, movement, and structure merge seamlessly.

Individual works like "Battle at the River" or "God, I Love Being a Turtle" also hint at her passion for cinematic storytelling. Nevertheless, these works are abstract enough to make the story universal and allow the viewer to forge their own personal connection.
